# How can I transfer the information on equipment from one customer to another owner/ jobsite without manually transferring it. I need a duplicate equipment option or something similar.

When a different company takes over a job site, we have the same equipment but a different customer. Our technicians need to be able to see the history for each piece of equipment but when we start a new customer at that job site, there is no way to duplicate the equipment history. This would make our jobs much more streamline and efficient.

Hi Katie, can you send us a helpdesk ticket using the black feedback button on your ServiceBox homepage? That will put this question in front of the smartest man in our company, who can ask you the relevant questions to guarantee an accurate answer.

If I had to take a stab at it here, and if I'm understanding your question correctly, the answer might be as simple as this: assuming the new company coming in has a customer profile in your ServiceBox, simply change the name of the Customer in the jobsite’s set up to the new owner/Customer.
