We just create a filter that auto archives anything in the Shared Inbox from Hiver so that those emails only show up in the Hiver folder.

Yes, i have that one, but when i am running a search in all my emails the hiver tickets also come up in there, because it searches in archive and inbox.

Veronica, you just need to add in:inbox to your search in Gmail. This would search in only your Gmail inbox. Hiver emails are not in your inbox unless they're assigned to you, or unless you're in to/cc on those emails. So adding in:inbox to the search would give you results only from your inbox. If you have questions about this, please reach out to us at support@hiverhq.com.
