# how can i improve the groups creation for several contacts?

I want to be able to send batch emails

It depends on how you have your data segmented. Companies and Contacts are siloed so if your business model is to create contact groups based on Company attributes you have to create a custom field for Contacts that will segment it in Contacts and visa versa. 

If it is based on territory, owner, zip code or any field in the contact properties just go to lists and select the properties you want until your list resembles what you want. You may have to adjust some contacts in or out of the list.  The data needs to be relatively consistent, fuzzy matching isn't perfect. If you use drop down lists they work really welll when selecting the parameters for a list.
