# How can I get someone to help me with creating custom reports for VCC?

There are many reports that are great for different departments and results but we need more customized reporting for certain managers in departments. The information is available if we run several reports but we cannot get one report that gives us exactly what we want even after reaching out to enterprise support. If I could get someone who is a specialist in VCC reports to help me create this custom report we would greatly appreciate it.

8x8 Platform Analytics gives you some flexibility with regard to creating custom reports. It is very limited, though. When making my reports, I would just download the complete transaction report and edit it in Excel to fit my requirements. VCC doesn't let you build custom reports, and in my time using it I don't think anyone at 8x8 can create custom reports for you, either.
