# How can I get a photo to upload from my album onto the app to scan?

I cannot get my documents to come up that I already have pictures of in my photo album. I'm not sure if it is because the app isn't updated to the newest software or what but every time I try it keeps freezing and locking me out of the app.

in the app select upload and then choose from library and select the photo.
