# how can i?

I was trying to integrate a program that was asking for java and netframwork 4.0 and there was a problem it says that there is already installed a netframwork 2.0 and didn't let me install the netframwork  i needed so the problem is how can i install it and use the program in the future for what i need.
Also for java i tried to install it said its installed but never showed or worked in behinde of scene i was never able to run one of my program for agency.
I will be maybe buying from google cloud knative but those problems are that I am afraid to use with premium im afraid to lose money. Please answer my question thanks.
