# How Can I Connect With Excel ? and Take input From Excel?

Some Time I want to Integrite data From Excel into MS Project , i need My Project data to be Inputed Form Excel

You can upload tasks for your project. The best way to start is to make a rough outline in Project and then export to Excel. One can use that as a template to build out your items to upload. Keep in mind that it is cumbersome to do all of that in Excel, so it is best to upload the structure or tasks and then do your tracking and daily work in Project.
