# How can i best take advantage of the reports on Greenhouse  ?

I know and have access to the reports on the product but I would like to learn how to use it to be the most efficient, to access the data I'm looking for quickly ;) Thank you

- Setup weekly reports for your hiring managers and TA members to run through the insights from the reports. 
- Choose 3-5 main reports, like the Candidate Quality by Source, Pass through rate etc. and focus on insights + improvements from this
