# How can I back up my physical drives?

My physical drives, which were formatted for Mac use, cannot be copied to the cloud. Do I need to change a setting or add a partition?

If by "physical drive" you mean USB drives, you can back them up by including the drive letter assigned to them when you attach them to your computer. Just add the drive letter in Backup.

If by "physical drive" you're referring to the drive that's currently internal to your computer, just click on the "Clone/Computer Backup" button on the bottom/left of the main IDrive screen.
