# How can I avoid crashing issues with eclipse, which generally get resolved by deleting temp files?

It generally get resolved by deleting temp files. I want to avoid doing that.

The best help here is to disable the numerous add-ons which get loaded with eclipse. You can just load only required plugins. 

Next, depends on what server you are using with Eclipse. Most tools are heavy, but simple preferences can improve the performance of Eclipse. 

Thirdly, increase the memory size in eclipse.ini if it is not defined, normally we are using heavy apps, so we can have a good memory for eclipse.
