# How can I allow Gorgias to track my stock in Shopify

It appears that when I order out of the app, the stock is not being subtracted from my store. Likewise, if I have no stock, the app will allow orders to go through, causing yet another CS issue that we're already trying to resolve.

Is it possible I've missed a setting somewhere? Or is that just the way the app works?

Hey,

Gorgias pulls in data from Shopify Products list. If you have multiple warehouses, we can only track the total stock, not by the individual warehouse. If you notice that the data showing in Gorgias and in Shopify don't match, you can send an email with screenshots to support@gorgias.com
