How can export file to open in Adobe InDesign ?

You can only import/place files from Illustrator to InDesign. You can not open an illustrator .ai or .eps files in InDesign.

if you have illustrator open, select the object you want and Drag it into an open indesign file. it stays vector. if it is a large file, it will convert it to an eps. 
you can always place files [eps, jpg, pdf] into an indesign document.  command + d
