# How can be set expiry date on sharing the data or content with anyone? If this features comes to dropbox it will be a excellent to use the tool.

It would be great if Dropbox was able to help me here so that I can only share files and documents with a particular person for a specific period of time as I am always thinking of adding a time limit to my content.

Sign in to dropbox.com.
Float over the name of the record or envelope and snap the offer symbol (square shape with an up bolt).
In the popup window, click Settings.
In the following window, snap to flip Expiration to On.
Pick when you'd like the connection to terminate. The common connection lapses at 11:59 PM on the day you pick, in view of your time region.
Click Save for the termination date to be applied to the connection.
Once saved, you can reorder the connection to an email or send it straightforwardly through Dropbox. When the connection lapses, you want to make another connection to share the document or envelope once more.
