# How can an image be pasted with a specific format and size.

When pasting several images into a document for a work instruction or something similar, how can you get the images to default with a specific size and format when pasted. Kind of like a default Style for an image.

Word will only allow you to set the default image wrap settings but never the size. This does not work though if you are pasting images into the document, only if you insert images. You can insert multiple images at once. The good news is that once images are inserted or pasted in you can select all and set them all to the same size at the same time by entering values in the sizing boxes. I find that setting my image insert settings to a wrap of INFront of text works best versus InLine. You can change the default settings by following these instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-default-text-wrap-setting-for-images-3f9f0e39-9114-4138-90f9-5c3e528862bb
