# How are you using We360.ai reports to improve productivity and attendance visibility?

We360.ai has been helpful for workforce visibility with activity tracking, attendance monitoring, timeline reports, and dynamic reporting from a centralized dashboard. The reporting makes it easier to analyze productivity, working hours, and attendance, and support has been responsive during onboarding. The only challenge so far is that the wide range of features and configuration options can take initial setup and training to fully use. How did you approach setup and training, and which reports have been most useful for your team?
