# How are you using Vibe Retail plus Zapier to keep lobby displays updated in real time?

We have been using Vibe Retail with Zapier to trigger real-time updates on our lobby displays using internal mechanisms, without needing a developer or new designs each time. It has been great for quick edits and helped reduce stale content, saving our marketing team about 5 to 7 hours of manual work weekly. The main gap for us is the editor, especially advanced layering options and built-in stock video assets. How are others handling more complex design needs while still keeping updates automated?
