# How are you using Trackflow’s AI summaries and dashboards to speed up triage and sprint visibility?

Trackflow’s AI features like instant ticket summaries, similar-ticket detection, and catching duplicates have helped keep triage faster and the backlog cleaner. The dashboards and sprint reports also brought real-time visibility into what’s shipped, blocked, or slipping, which has shortened standups and made sprint reviews more data-driven. The main downside so far is the smaller community and template ecosystem compared to older tools. How are others balancing the strong core features with the lighter ecosystem, and what workflows have worked best for you?
