# How are you using SmartWinnr’s AI roleplay and performance tracking for sales coaching?

We’ve found SmartWinnr gives us flexibility to train sales teams with AI roleplay while also tracking performance so we can spot weaker areas and coach more effectively. It’s helped keep training activities organized and makes it easy for reps to revisit lessons for launch prep, knowledge checks, and scenario refreshers. We haven’t run into major drawbacks so far, and support has been responsive. How are others structuring roleplays and using the tracking insights to improve coaching?

We use the AI roleplays mainly to let reps practise doctor conversations before they go into the field, then lean on the feedback to pinpoint exactly where they need to improve. With a large team, it helps us give everyone more consistent practice time even when we can’t provide the same level of 1:1 attention. The performance tracking makes it easier to follow progress over time and plan training based on who needs extra support.
