# How are you using SAP S/4HANA for EHS incident alert timelines and RAM reviews?

I like the EHS incident alert timeline and doing reviews with RAM in SAP S/4HANA for EHS environment management. One challenge is that it can require SAP skills, which can be tough for some users. A benefit has been tracking the owner and managing multiple user accounts. How have you handled the SAP skills learning curve while still keeping incident tracking and ownership clear?
