# How are you using note1.ai’s live assistant to stay focused in conversations?

note1.ai’s live assistant has been helpful for me because it listens in real time, suggests what to pay attention to, and reminds me of key talking points. The biggest downside so far is the lack of integrations, although that’s being improved. It’s also reduced the stress of tracking what we agreed on during a conversation. How are others handling integrations today, and what workflows are working best for you?
