# How are you using Nickel to automate rent invoicing and credit card payments?

As a small landlord, Nickel has made it much easier to collect rent by letting tenants pay via credit card or ACH, with invoicing sent by text, email, or both. Setup was straightforward, the GUI makes automation simple, and processing times have been fast with funds showing up in my bank account quickly. I am still on the free tier and have not been able to try some of the deeper automation and integration options yet. If you use Nickel, what automations or integrations have helped you track collections more easily?
