# How are you using Beambox guest WiFi data for segmentation and targeted campaigns?

Beambox has helped us turn guest WiFi connections into data capture, with Social WiFi making login easier and supporting social growth. The dashboard is user-friendly and gives frequent visitor and traffic insights that shaped our marketing, and automated review requests have helped with online reputation management. The main challenge has been a learning curve when building more complex automated email sequences, and we would like more native if-this-then-that logic to reduce reliance on third-party tools. How are others setting up automation and integrations to re-engage guests after they leave?
