# How are you using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud as an all-in-one MSP platform?

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud feels like more than backup, with strong performance, pricing, and integrations that bring multiple tools into one platform. It’s been helpful for backup and recovery on critical devices while also covering security in the same place. The main gap for me is the lack of AI features. If you’re using it too, what parts of the all-in-one approach work best for you, and where do you still need other tools?

For me the biggest win is having backups, security, and client device management in one console, so day-to-day work is smoother and adding new clients is quick. Backup and restore have been fast and reliable, and the RMM piece helps us fix issues remotely without jumping between tools. Patch management, vulnerability assessment, and DLP also help keep systems updated and prevent data leaks. My main pain point is the licensing, it feels complex and takes extra time to explain and price out for clients.

I’m using it mainly to cut down tool fragmentation by running backup, AI-powered ransomware protection, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery through a single agent and centralized dashboard. That consolidation has reduced the operational time I spend managing infrastructure and juggling multiple vendors. It’s also helped with business continuity by keeping RTO/RPO minimal during incidents, while lowering TCO and supporting compliance needs.
