# How are you simplifying crypto payment tracking and confirmations in 0xProcessing?

We have found the centralized dashboard helpful for viewing incoming crypto payments and transaction status in one place, with real-time confirmation updates improving coordination between operations and finance. Multi-currency and multi-network support adds flexibility, and settlement tracking plus reporting reduces manual follow-up and reconciliation work. The main challenges have been UI terms that feel too technical for non-technical users and an onboarding process that needed more coordination and clearer step-by-step guidance. How have you handled onboarding and made the dashboard and reporting workflows easier for operational teams?
