# How are you setting up your knowledge base in SMART Reply?

I've been adding URLs, documents, and shareable links into the SMART Reply knowledge base so drafts pull in the right info automatically rather than me pasting it every time. It has cut a lot of repetitive copying out of my replies, especially for FAQs and standard policy questions.

Curious how others are structuring theirs. Are you loading everything in at once, or building it up gradually as questions come in? Any tips on what works well for shareable links versus uploaded documents? Would be useful to hear how other teams organise their KB before I clean mine up.
