# How are you setting up offline site inspection checklists and automated follow-up tasks in flowdit?

We replaced disconnected spreadsheets with flowdit for digital site inspection checklists, and it improved data accuracy and standardized our compliance SOPs. The best part has been automating procedures, like creating a supervisor task when a field tech marks a safety inspection non-compliant, plus reliable offline work and syncing. The downside was that building our first bespoke workflow for a special commissioning process took longer than expected, and we still rely on custom API triggers for basic data syncing with construction management tools. How have you approached workflow setup and integrations to keep inspections, tasks, and audit reporting running smoothly?
