# How are you reducing manual card entry in SAP Concur for faster expense reporting?

SAP Concur gives strong visibility and control across travel, expenses, and invoices, and it makes submitting expenses fairly straightforward. The biggest challenge for us is the lack of automation for debit and credit card details, since re-entering data each time slows everything down. We have seen better efficiency, fewer manual errors, and improved policy compliance from having everything in one platform. How are others handling card transactions in Concur to cut down on manual entry and speed up the process?

We completely eliminated manual card entry by linking our corporate credit cards directly to SAP Concur, which automatically syncs all transaction data in real-time. On top of that, using the Concur mobile app to instantly snap photos of paper receipts allows the system’s intelligent OCR technology to match the receipt with the right card transaction automatically. This has dramatically speeded up our expense reporting process and saved our team hours of manual typing.
