# How are you keeping class schedules accurate across multiple locations with Look Digital Signage?

We run several fitness locations and used to get complaints because schedule screens were outdated and required constant manual updates. After setting up a Zapier integration with our booking platform in Look Digital Signage, class adds, edits, and cancellations now update automatically, which has improved operational efficiency and rebuilt member trust. We also use a multi-location permission hierarchy to lock core brand assets while letting regions and gyms run localized campaigns. How are you handling schedule sync and permissions across locations, and what setup tips helped you most?
