# How are you handling Worksuite workflow setup and report/dashboard customization?

Worksuite has been helpful for keeping freelancer details, onboarding, contracts, and payment processes in one place, with better visibility into outside help and related tasks without relying on multiple spreadsheets. The main challenge has been that some areas, especially workflows, can be time consuming to learn for first-timers, and there feels like limited flexibility to customize reports and dashboards to operational needs.
