# How are you handling real-time data sync across systems with K2View as you scale?

We have seen big gains from keeping information in sync across multiple systems in real time, instead of relying on scheduled updates and manual verification. Having a more current, consistent view has improved cross-team collaboration and helped us respond faster when priorities change. The tradeoff is that it takes time to onboard and understand how the platform fits into a complex enterprise environment, and simpler integration needs may not require all the advanced capabilities. How have you approached onboarding and deciding what to implement first to get value quickly?
