# How are you handling personal injury reporting and automation gaps in Clio Manage?

Clio Manage has been great for keeping client matters, documents, communications, deadlines, and tasks organized in one place, which helps us track personal injury case progress and avoid missed follow-ups. The main challenge is reporting and automation, especially for pulling a single comprehensive view of outstanding medical records and bills, demand status, insurance offers and counteroffers, and pending follow-ups without relying on spreadsheets. I would also like more customizable workflows and better cross-platform integration. If you use Clio Manage for personal injury, how are you building reports or tracking these outstanding items today?
