# How are you handling onboarding and clarity in a collaborative AI workspace like Kollab?

Kollab’s shared workspace approach feels more like a team operations room than a single-user prompt box, especially with integrations like Slack, GitHub, Notion, Telegram, and custom MCP servers. The upside seems to be organizational efficiency and faster parallel execution, with lower adoption friction because teams can learn together. The tradeoff is that a truly collaborative AI workspace can be inherently complex, making onboarding and operational simplicity harder to nail early on. What has helped your team keep things clear and simple while still getting the collaboration benefits?
