# How are you handling Nexgn analytics for turnaround times and bottlenecks?

I like that Nexgn stays focused on digital signatures without extra bloat, and even non-technical clients can sign documents without issues. The main gap for me is dashboard analytics: I can see what’s pending vs. signed, but I’d like more visual reporting around turnaround times and bottleneck metrics for our sales team. On the plus side, the Zero-Trust Security and fast, reliable ecosystem help reduce worry during agreement delivery. How are others tracking turnaround time and bottlenecks with Nexgn today?
