# How are you handling Maxima’s fast-changing UI while automating close workflows?

We’ve found Maxima’s Max agent smart enough to take over a lot of manual spreadsheet work, so we can focus more on analyzing figures instead of copy-pasting between Excels. It’s helped automate workflows like payroll and cash, and reduced close time by about 2 days. The main challenge is that the UI changes quickly as the product evolves, which takes some getting used to. How are others adapting to the rapid UI updates while keeping close processes running smoothly?
