# How are you handling M365 content pulls in Look Digital Signage without heavy IT help?

We use Look Digital Signage to manage 31 screens across multiple factories from one CMS, and it’s helped get safety, HR, and shift updates in front of deskless workers. Power BI integration into the OEE tool and role-based access make it easier to show real-time KPIs while preventing accidental content changes, and Smart Scheduling helps with compliance by expiring old notices. The main struggle is Microsoft ecosystem integration: non-technical creators can’t easily pull from Teams, SharePoint, or Viva Engage without API or embed code support from IT. If you rely on M365 too, how are you streamlining content creation and publishing?
