# How are you handling integrations and security gaps in Motadata ObserveOps?

Motadata ObserveOps has been great for organizing graphs, alerts, and dashboards, and the fast-loading widgets plus mobile app help us monitor devices in real time and restore unreachable systems quickly. Support was also responsive and stayed engaged until upgrade issues were resolved. But we have struggled to connect it with tools like Kaspersky EDR and Splunk SIEM, and we also miss deeper device traffic visibility, clearer AI usage, stronger security controls like MFA, and longer-term reporting for audits and compliance. How have you approached integrations, security hardening, and reporting needs with ObserveOps?
