# How are you handling gaps in TV media contacts and missed coverage in Agility PR Solutions?

We have had great customer service from Agility PR Solutions, especially during onboarding, training, and setting up personalized tags and report templates. Reporting is much easier now and media monitoring feels instantaneous, with added pan regional cost savings and better collaboration without relying on PR agencies. The main challenge is that relevant TV media contacts are still lacking in some markets, and we still see some missed coverage (with manual workarounds). How are others dealing with these gaps, and what workarounds have worked best for you?
