# How are you handling email/SMS drip campaigns in REsimpli without built-in templates?

REsimpli feels like a seamless all-in-one platform, and the support staff has been helpful for building out our system. The main gap for us is not having email/SMS drip campaigns already built out from Day 1 to Day 365 with responses, so it could be more plug-and-play. Since we are consolidating the entire business into one platform, we are curious how others are approaching this. Are you building your own drip campaigns from scratch, and what has worked best for you?
