# How are you handling custom hospitality terminology in Rapid Translate without a built-in glossary?

Rapid Translate has helped our team avoid hours of copying and pasting by handling multi-page PDFs through batch upload without crashing or formatting issues. It also removed the need to switch between Word and an external translation tool, cutting large operational files down from half a day to a few minutes. The main gap is the lack of an inbuilt custom glossary for hospitality and internal brand terms, so we still do consistency checks on long-term projects. How are others keeping terminology consistent and reducing backend rework?
