# How are you handling complex conditional workflows and ERP integrations in flowdit?

Moving from spreadsheets and paper logs to flowdit’s mobile-first digital checklists helped us run shift handovers, machine checks, and quality checks on tablets, with failed checks automatically triggering CAPA tasks for maintenance. Offline mode also helped prevent data loss in low-connectivity areas. The main challenge has been the upfront learning curve to configure complex, conditional multi-step workflows, and we would like more native integrations with legacy ERP systems to streamline asset tracking without custom API work. How have you approached workflow design and ERP integration, and what’s worked best for audit readiness and compliance visibility?
