# How are you handling bulk uploads in Sendoso for mass outreach?

Sendoso has been an effective way to start conversations with customers and prospects, especially by sending gifts that get a response and help open doors with people who would not take a meeting or call. The main challenge has been that the bulk upload feature for multiple contacts is not very user-friendly for mass outreach. If you use Sendoso, what workflow or workaround has made bulk sending and contact uploads easier for you?
