# How are you handling advanced RingEX configuration and call routing setup?

RingEX lets me work from a home office while still operating like a national company. The Call Attendant and voicemail take pressure off me by routing calls to the right departments, and the notifications help make sure nothing gets missed. The downside is that I need a more advanced configuration and it is hard to handle on my own, even though support ultimately gets it sorted out. If you have a more complex setup, what helped you manage configuration and call routing more smoothly?

I just had to call RingCentral Support, and they helped me through everything - very professional.
