# How are you getting started with Loop Voice if it feels too advanced at first?

I like that Loop Voice keeps everything in one platform for voice AI in ecommerce, including inbound handling, simulations, and A/B tests. The agents converted better than I expected, and having phone numbers plus the local wrapper function was useful. The main challenge was that it can feel too advanced, and I got a bit lost without help. How did you ramp up and what helped you use it for inbound support, abandoned cart calls, SMS, and campaigns?
