# How are you collecting full quality event photos without chasing people afterward?

With dumpbox, I like getting the photos you didn’t take from the people who were there, in full quality, without having to chase anyone. The usual “can you send me the photos?” follow-up tends to end with only a couple people responding, but using a QR code helps people upload while they’re still at the event. I’ve still hit some bugs, though support responds fast. What’s worked best for you to boost uploads and deal with occasional bugs?
