# How are you balancing Okta’s strong SSO and MFA benefits with pricing and admin complexity?

Okta has made user access management much easier for us with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication, plus solid integrations like Microsoft 365 that save admin time and reduce password resets. At the same time, pricing can feel high, the admin console can be overwhelming at first, and some integrations take extra configuration. Support has been helpful, but non-critical response times could be faster, and we would like more AI-driven automation for provisioning and access reviews. How have you handled cost, onboarding new admins, and automation needs while rolling out Okta?
