# How are you automating internal updates and dashboards in Vibe Retail without developers?

We use Vibe Retail to sync and push real-time internal updates to facility screens, which saves our admin team hours of manual work and avoids needing developers for routine changes. The digital signage performs well, but the built-in media editor feels limited, especially around typography and connections to mainstream asset management tools. We also reduced time spent configuring dashboards manually each week by using the full communication workflow. How are others handling content creation and asset management for internal metrics and announcements?

We had a similar experience with Vibe Retail. Automation and real-time updates conserve considerable administrative time without necessitating support from a developer. When we create content, we usually make graphics using Canva or Figma, and then upload them inside Vibe since the editor is quite limited. To streamline recurring dashboards and announcements for asset managers, it’s handy to store templates and media in Google Drive or Dropbox.
