# How are voice commands working for booking management in SAY-OS during treatments?

I’ve found SAY-OS voice commands really helpful for managing bookings when my hands are busy with treatments. I also like having bookings, client records, and stock in one place instead of juggling multiple tabs. The Beauty Passport is useful for reviewing allergies, treatment history, and skincare info before treatment to support more informed, personalised consultations.
