# How are multi-location physical therapy clinics managing local listings and patient reviews?

Is anyone here working with a physical therapy group that has clinics spread across a few cities? I'm trying to understand what actually works for keeping location details and patient feedback straight without turning it into a full-time job.
One clinic updates its holiday hours, another therapist starts seeing patients at a second office, and suddenly Google, the booking page, and other directories don't match. Then reviews come in, and it's not always clear whether the clinic manager or a central team should reply.
Birdeye and Reputation look like broader reviews-plus-listings platforms. rater8 seems more focused on clinician feedback, while Synup looks closer to listings updates and review monitoring. But I'm less interested in a feature checklist than what happens when a clinician changes locations or a sensitive review needs attention.
If you've handled this for 5, 15, or 50 clinics, which parts do you centralize and which do you leave with local managers? Also, how do you keep review replies timely without accidentally confirming someone's patient relationship?
