# How are factories managing environmental compliance tracking today?

In many manufacturing companies, environmental compliance requirements come from multiple sources such as pollution control board consent conditions, monitoring schedules, regulatory reporting requirements, and internal audits.

In practice, many teams still rely on Excel sheets, email reminders, and manual documentation to track compliance activities.

I’m curious to understand how organizations are managing this today.

• Are you using any software tools for environmental compliance tracking?
• Or is it mostly managed through spreadsheets and manual systems?
• What challenges do EHS teams face in keeping track of monitoring schedules, consent conditions, and reporting deadlines?

Would be great to hear experiences from EHS professionals, plant managers, or compliance teams.
