Honestly, as an HR team, Airtable has been a total lifesaver as our CRM. The biggest thing is how easily it handles tons of records - that's huge for us. Plus, we use the automations and scripts all the time; they basically let us design our processes to be super simple for everyone and make sure we can scale up without everything breaking. 

The flexibility is awesome, too. We can use all the different field types to build out any workflow our team needs, exactly the way we want it.
